As the lead designer for an ad campaign, I worked on the transition from print to web and tasked with transforming a traditional print initiative into a dynamic drive-to-web effort, my responsibilities encompassed conceptualizing, designing, and implementing visual assets across various digital platforms.

Imagitas had a strategic alliance with the USPS® to produce, distribute and facilitate the official Mail Forwarding Change of Address Request process. For over 20 years, this exclusive alliance enabled Imagitas’ advertisers to reach the nearly 40 million confirmed moving consumers per year across multiple channels—retail post offices, direct mail, online and mobile.

Kohl's was among the many advertisers utilizing Imagitas' products to reach the moving consumers at the precise moment they were making major brand, service, and retail decisions.

The movers would most likely be at the counter of USPS to do an address change. The postal clerk would have handed over the Mover’s Guide® which contained the official USPS Change of Address form and valuable move-related offers. When they opened this package, Kohl's in the 1st tier among the coupons (as of the 1st quarter of 2017). From the coupon, the movers would find the activation code and a call-to-action to visit Kohls.MyMove.com to take an extra 25% off their next purchase and other offers.

The movers would next received two emails from MyMove. One with the 25% off coupon from the activation code on the Kohls.MyMove.com page and the other was for the coupon(s) that they selected from the MyMove's Success Page. These coupons codes could be used in store or online. The Drive-to-Web strategy established loyalty in the moving timeframe that exposed Kohl's brand to significant pre-move and post-move consumers and captured the hyper spending that occurred before, during, and after the move.
