Imagitas’ exclusive alliance with the USPS® had enabled the partners to reach the moving consumers at the precise time they were making major long-term brand, service, and retail decisions. Frontier Communications opted into Imagitas' Mover Solution with the direct mail and digital products. Below were the print and digital ads for Mover's Guide®, Move Validation Letter®, Customer Notification Letter®, Welcome Kit™, and MoversGuide Online®.
As the lead designer on the Frontier project, I led the creative direction for both print and digital materials. My responsibilities included conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets tailored for various mediums. I ensured brand consistency and effective communication of the campaign message across both print and digital platforms.
The Move Validation Letter was the official USPS correspondence confirming a mover’s change of address. The letter was accompanied by move-related offers and delivered to the mover’s previous address. Below was Frontier's ad that accompanied the Move Validation Letter.
The Customer Notification Letter was the official USPS change of address confirmation, sent to additional members of the household who submitted a change of address request, and contained move-related advertisements. Below was Frontier's ad that accompanied the Customer Notification Letter.
The Welcome Kit contained the official USPS Change of Address Confirmation Letter and valuable custom client offers. Below was Frontier's ad in the Welcome Kit.
MoversGuide Online was the official online Change of Address at USPS.com. Advertisements could be printed, emailed, or texted to a moving consumer’s mobile device after the change of address process was completed.
